These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gobizsetup website, applications, and services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About Gobizsetup
Gobizsetup.in is a private business consultancy operated by Gobizsetup. We provide professional assistance for GST registration, GST compliance, and related business registration services in India. We are not a government organization, government agency, or affiliated with the Government of India, GSTN (Goods and Services Tax Network), or any government department.
Our role is limited to facilitating the preparation, review, and filing of applications on the official government portals. Final approval, issuance of GSTIN, or any government decision is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use our Services. By submitting your information, you represent that all details provided are true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
3. Scope of Services
Gobizsetup assists customers with:
- Collecting information and documents required for GST registration.
- Reviewing documents for completeness and basic correctness.
- Preparing and filing GST registration applications on the official GST portal.
- Providing status updates and follow-up support during the application process.
We do not guarantee the approval of any government application. Processing timelines are indicative and depend on government authorities.
4. Fees and Payments
Our professional service fee for GST registration assistance is ₹999, collected in two stages:
- Token amount: ₹199, payable at the time of booking the service.
- Balance amount: ₹800, payable after document verification and before final submission of the application.
Government fees, taxes, or statutory charges are separate from our professional charges unless explicitly stated. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and legible documents and information.
- Respond to our requests for additional information or clarifications in a timely manner.
- Ensure that you have the legal right to apply for GST registration for the stated business.
Gobizsetup is not liable for delays, rejections, penalties, or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.
6. Refunds and Cancellations

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Gobizsetup website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Gobizsetup or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gobizsetup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to government rejection, delays, or business losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
